Beyhan Sultan loved the bright red cherries grown in the palace garden. These sweet and slightly sour fruits were one of her favorite treats. Upon learning Beyhan Sultan's preference, our chef, Şaban Cavlak, created a stunning taste combination by pairing cherries with walnuts.
